Return & Exchange Policy

 

 All Items purchased on Joyfullbee. Shop will gladly be accepted for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date Or Exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping fees for an item to be reshipped.

• All original tags must be attached. We will not ACCEPT your return with the tags unattached.

• Express Orders will be shipped the same day if we receive your order no later than 11 am EST. Orders after 12 pm EST will be shipped the next business day.

• Items must not be washed, altered, worn, stained or damaged. And MUST be FREE of all distinct Smells/odors e.g. deodorant and perfume and pet Hair.

• Refunds will be issued in the same format of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned.

• All Clearance/ sales items are a FINAL SALE.

• We accept returns for undamaged items within 14 days to guarantee excellent customer service.
